Analog Electronics Week 3 Lab Report

1a) soldering Iron

So when I try to solder iron, the first thing I do is to make sure the switch is on, because it needs time for heating up. I will set the temperature between 4 and 5. And there is a sponge next to the machine. If there is any dirty black stuff on the soldering tip, you can wipe them off by using the sponge.

1b)Finish soldering

So after I finish soldering, I will make sure the switch is off and the soldering tip is back to the spot it should be placed. In order to make sure the safety for other people, check again the switch is off and tip is back.

2a) Multimeter

Every time I use the multimeter, I will first check if the red line is connected to the right spot, If I want to measure the current, I will connect it to the left whole, and for voltage and resistance, I will connect it to the right one. After making sure the red line is connecting to the right spot, I will turn the table to the right spot, there will be signs, and I will just make sure I am on the right spot.
